Yesterday I had an appointment with mr. Neurologist at 9:00 in the morning. He took a good hour to talk everything through. On the negative side, to me he was quite clear about the preference of an operation instead of radiation, he told me this operation would take the whole day, he explained how I would have to lay on my stomache the whole time and so my face would get a numb and thick after a whole day like this. He explained also that this would mean at least three nights in the hospital. On the positive side, the operation would mean an incision near the neck, would not be dangerous, would be with three neurologists in the room, would make an reoccurrence of this hemorrhage thing (in this way) very unlikely. Please continue to let me know you're thinking of me. I need to make a decision and though the matter is becoming clearer in my mind, I still feel a big apprehension.
